How to Post a Forum Question

After you join the Community, you can post a question in the Forum by clicking the + New button that appears in the upper right of the group page or on the forum page within the group.

Once the "Ask a Question or Start a Discussion in Forum" dialog box opens, complete the following:

1. Select if this is a Question (if there should be an answer) or a Discussion (open ended conversation).
2. Type a Subject. Make the subject as descriptive as possible, for example, "How do I replace the syringe on my Agilent 7693A ALS?"
3. Provide the system information and a detailed description of the issue in the Description box. If a photo or video will help support your post, click Insert > Image/video/file and select the file you want to include.
4. Click Post.
