If cartridge does not eject after assay has completed, this document can be used to help troubleshoot.

 

Here is a list of the most common causes for this error:

  • User improperly loaded cartridge/cell plate
  • User loaded two cartridges into instrument at once
  • Hardware-related issue
  • Software-related issue

 

Try these steps for a possible resolution:

  • Verify that more than one cartridge was not loaded into the instrument at the same time
