If Prism displays an error when opening data exported from Wave data, this document can be used to help troubleshoot.

 

Here is a list of the most common causes for this error:

  • Version of GraphPad is too old

 

Try these steps for a possible resolution:

  • Upgrade version of GraphPad being used
