Agilent Seahorse Error Unloading Cartridge Troubleshooting Tips

If the software used with Seahorse analyzers displays an unload cartridge error or the cartridge does not come out of the analyzer, this document can be used to help troubleshoot.

 

Here is a list of the most common causes for this error:

  • Software could have crashed/frozen mid-assay, resulting in cartridge not being unloaded
  • Two cartridges could have been loaded at once in rare instances
  • Communication issue between the controller and analyzer
  • Hardware-related issue

 

Try these steps for a possible resolution:

  • Restart system (both analyzer and controller)
  • If restarting entire system does not send cartridge/cell plate out of analyzer, contact Agilent Cell Analysis technical support at:
