Changing Check Tune Values on a GC QQQ

Occasionally it may be necessary to change the limits or values used in check tune from the system default values to user specified values. In this example, the oxygen limit, set to 100 counts by in a Positive Chemical Ionization (PCI) mode, was modified to 25000 counts by editing the check tune xml file. In MassHunter Acquisition software B.07.00 SP2, it was noted that the in the user interface the limit for the Oxygen Abundance (m/z 32) is limited to 100 counts. This has been corrected in B.07.01 and later revisions.
