The Agilent Value Promise guarantees at least 10 years useable life and 7 years of guaranteed support.* As instruments reach the end-of-guaranteed support period, we uphold our promise with instrument upgrade and replacement programs, as well as flexible service options even past end-of-guaranteed support (EGS).

 

Extended Support Services

Once an instrument reaches the end-of-guaranteed support (EGS), Agilent provides extended service plans with a similar level of service that you enjoy with Agilent CrossLab service plans. During this period, your sales representative will work with you on a transition plan to replace the aging instrument with an updated refurbished or new instrument. All service is delivered by factory-trained personnel so your instrument service coverage continues uninterrupted.

  • Telephone support to isolate and resolve hardware problems
  • Preferred response time
  • Travel and labor coverage for onsite repairs
  • Agreement customers have priority on repair parts
