When you simply cannot afford downtime, our Gold service plan provides the level of high-availability support you need.Gold Service Plan includes:

    • Faster response time to ensure that your lab equipment is up and running again quickly
    • Discounted, extended coverage hours for economical support beyond normal business hours
    • Unlimited onsite repair visits to restore your system to operating condition
    • All instrument repair parts, consumables and supplies required for repair
    • An annual onsite preventive lab equipment maintenance visit to keep your system operating at peak performance
    • Access to Agilent CrossLab Remote Advisor for real-time support with remote monitoring, diagnostics and reporting (where available)

You get comprehensive instrument repair and maintenance coverage in a single, convenient lab service plan – providing you exactly the level of service you need to ensure reliable instrument performance.Silver Service Plan includes:

    • Unlimited onsite repair visits to restore your system to operating condition
    • All instrument repair parts, consumables and supplies required for repair
    • Preferred response over time-and-materials calls to ensure that your lab equipment is up and running again as quickly as possible
    • An annual onsite preventive laboratory maintenance visit to keep your system operating at peak performance

Eliminate unplanned repair costs for your laboratory instruments from various manufacturers with the Bronze service plan. This service, delivered by experienced technicians, ensures that you are fully protected against costly repairs and extended instrument downtime.Bronze Service Plan includes:

    • Preferred response over time-and-materials calls to ensure that your lab equipment is up and running again as quickly as possible
    • Unlimited onsite repair visits to restore your system to operating condition
    • All parts and consumables required for repair
    • Access to Agilent CrossLab Remote Advisor Assist and Report for real-time support and instrument-level use and utilization reporting (where available)

    • Preferred response over time-and-materials calls to speed up resolution of your service request
    • Unlimited repairs to restore your system to operating condition
    • All lab equipment parts required for repair
    • Hardware telephone support, as often as required

    When you purchased our products, our Agilent Value Promise guaranteed at least 10 years useable life, with 7 years of guaranteed support.* Now as you reach the end-of-guaranteed support period, we are upholding our promise with instrument upgrade and replacement programs, as well as flexible service options even past end-of-guaranteed support (EGS).

    Extended Support Services

    Once an instrument reaches the end-of-guaranteed support (EGS), Agilent provides extended service plans with a similar level of service that you enjoy with Agilent CrossLab service plans. During this period, your sales representative will work with you on a transition plan to replace the aging instrument with an updated refurbished or new instrument. All service is delivered by factory-trained personnel so your instrument service coverage continues uninterrupted.
    • Telephone support to isolate and resolve hardware problems
    • Preferred response time
    • Travel and labor coverage for onsite repairs
    • Agreement customers have priority on repair parts

    After End-of-Guaranteed Support

    We’re committed to helping you plan a smooth post-EGS transition by providing timely information on future milestones, instrument upgrades, financial solutions and lab service options that maximize your investment. We also provide additional support services to keep you ahead of the curve in managing your instrument throughout its life cycle, including:
    • On-Demand support services provide support and service options to customers who want to budget for maintenance of their instrument without the constraints of a service agreement.
    • Customer education, including e-seminars for customers who want to learn more about their equipment and buying options.
    • Laboratory equipment relocation services to move existing instrumentation.
    • Instrument life cycle consulting to assess efficiencies within your current laboratory and to plan for future purchases that fit your needs and budget.
