We offer Agilent expertise and genuine parts, and a choice of standard or priority response times in select regions. Don’t settle for independent service or insurance providers who lack the knowledge, skill, and resources to repair your instrument. Call Agilent and bring in the experts you can trust to work for you.

On Demand Repair Services include:

  • Choice of response time that best fits your situation—either standard or priority*
  • Phone consultation with a Field Service Representative before the service call to estimate costs and ensure delivery of the correct parts and tools to complete the repair successfully
  • Additional labor, if you choose, charged at hourly rates in half-hour increments, and genuine parts, consumables, and supplies at the current list price
  • Worked performed by an Agilent-trained Field Service Engineer ensures your instrument problems are expertly diagnosed and repaired in an efficient manner
  • Access to factory expertise and resources from Agilent’s worldwide support organization
