Hello, I have an Elx800 Eliza plate reader and use the Gen5.3.1.1 software. The problem is that when I create a protocol or experiment, neither the plate layout icon nor the data reduction icon operate. My concern is, is the ELx800 compatible with the Gen53.1.1 software, and how can I overcome this issue. Note sure the instrument communicates properly with the software.
