NHS and DSC HPLC Separation

Hello, I am having difficulty trying to develop a suitable method for the separation of N,N'-Disuccinimidyl carbonate (DSC) and N-Hydroxysuccinimide by HPLC. DSC is moisture sensitive, so it breaks down into NHS under reverse-phase conditions, which isn't helpful since NHS is a starting material I need to be able to quantify. I have tried normal phase using an Rx-Sil column with EtOAc and ACN as the mobile phase, but I get poor peak shape for both analytes. Any suggestions?
