Hello,
I am using a Biotek Synergy H1 Microplate reader to measure fluorescence with the monochromator.
How can I adjust the bandwidth of the wavelengths? For example, I have been using an excitation wave of 430 nm, but I would really like to run it at 430±20 nm.
