HPLC injection mode for the Vitamin B group analysis

Hi all,

Currently, we've followed the method published by Agilent (Analysis of water-soluble vitamins from multivitamin tablets for nutrition labeling) in  2011 to set up our equipment for vitamin B analysis. But we just realize that the method doesn't include the part of injection mode. I just wonder can anyone else suggest any published papers that included this part?  So we can use that as a reference! Thanks!

  • Hi yangbei,

almost all of our LC injections are valve injections by a sample loop and is more than 99 %. The sample loop might be filled manually or most often by the autosampler. The size of the sample loop depends on the sample preparation, the limits of quantification to achieve and many more parameters.

    Regards,
