To analyze anions in water soluble paint sample by using Capillary Electrophoresis technique or Using different technique

Hi All.

My customer is trying to analyze anions in water soluble paint by using Capillary Electrophoresis technique. She has some difficulties related to the sample preparation or suitable technique. Do you have any suggestion for this kind of sample preparation or suitable technique to anaylze this kind of analyte in water soluble paint sample.
